Shatter Your Speed Limits® for
Non-Profit Organizations

A letter from our CEO, Wendy Lipton-Dibner, M.A.TO: Non-Profit Leaders and Volunteers

RE: Raising Funds and Awareness

Dear Leaders and Volunteers,
I have been involved with non-profit organizations since I was in high school. I've served in just about every capacity, from volunteer to president and there are a few things they all had in common -

  • There was never enough money to do everything we wanted to get done.
  • No matter how many volunteers we had, we always needed more.
  • We didn't have enough resources to provide adequate training and support for the volunteers who served with us.
  • We didn't thank our donors enough - and when we did thank them we always had our hands out for more.
  • There was always someone out there who thought they could do it better - and who was more than happy to tell us so.
  • No matter what - we kept coming back for more. Because more than anything else, we believed and we weren't going to give up.

It's been a great sadness in my life that I've had less involvement in the non-profit world than I would have liked. I used to tell myself that my never-enough donations of time and money were like Loren Eiseley's Star Thrower - what little I did was better than nothing.

Finally, I decided it was time to do something that would allow me to make the kind of difference that I want to make. I invested in some training and learned how I could help non-profit organizations to raise funds and awareness by using my proprietary content as the bridge between them and my corporate sponsors.
The process allows me to make it easy for my non-profit and corporate partners as we work together to make sure that everyone's goals are met with integrity.

Towards this end, I have committed to use my new book, Shatter Your Speed Limits, along with associated live events, as vehicles to help my non-profit partners do more of what they do so well while, at the same time, helping my corporate partners to increase their own visibility, make a meaningful contribution to the world and better serve their customers. I'm really excited about this.

If you'd like to have a conversation to discuss how we might partner together to achieve your goals this year, please let me know. Obviously, we can't possible serve every non-profit, so we are asking all interested non-profit organizations to complete a brief questionnaire so we better understand your needs (please see below). We'll get back to you with a response shortly.

Thank you for everything you do. I look forward to learning more about how we might help you shatter your speed limits this year and make a bigger difference.
In friendship and respect,

Non-Profit Inquiry
